inData offers a variety of TrialDirector® training options to suit your needs. Each of the courses are taught by one of inData's highly experienced Trial Consultants, who not only use the software daily in court, but also work with the TrialDirector® developers to ensure the consultants have the ultimate knowledge of TrialDirector. We allow a maximum of four (4) participants to enroll per scheduled class, maximizing personalized attention and interaction with the instructor. The Basics (1 Day)

A tightly focused introductory session; this course has an emphasis on case management.

The Advanced (2 Days)

An extended, intensive training course, providing thorough instruction on the entire TrialDirector® program. This session also includes creating and editing video clips from digitized video depositions.

Trial Boot Camp (1 Day)

An intense, focused training session for 'up to the wire' trial preparation. The Trial Boot Camp is designed for trial attorneys and their support staff who need immediate, specialized training and assistance in preparing for trial. We work with your case material, and focus on your specific needs rather than using standard outlines. We'll also assist you in using PowerPoint and TrialDirector®'s PowerPoint plug-in, and designing opening and/or closing presentations.

The Basics and Trial Boot Combination (2 Days)

This session combines our tightly focused introductory session (Day 1) with our intense Trial Boot Camp focused training session for 'up to the wire' trial preparation (Day 2). The Trial Boot Camp is designed for trial attorneys and their support staff who need immediate, specialized training and assistance in preparing for trial. We work with your case material, and focus on your specific needs rather than using standard outlines. We'll also assist you in designing opening and/or closing presentations.

Certified Training (3 Days)

This program is thorough and detailed in all aspects of TrialDirector®. Also included is extensive training on TimeCoder™ Pro and integration with other products, like Summation iBlaze. At the completion of the program, attendees must pass a written exam and deliver an oral presentation.
