"I was engaged in the recent trial between the City of Anaheim and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. In the trial -in which the City of Anaheim contested that the team's new name was a violation of the intent of the naming clause of the lease agreement -a crucial exhibit was the 80-page Lease Agreement itself. The robust multi-zone capabilities of TrialDirector let me keep crucial pages of the agreement on one side of the screen, and at the same time, present supporting exhibits in up to three more zones, for a total of four pages at one time.

"I just wanted to let you know that I was totally impressed by TimeCoder Pro. I had an eight-and-a-half hour deposition that was filmed in China and delivered in MPEG-1 format. Not only was the audio quality on the poor side, but the entire deposition was conducted through a translator so much of the audio would not have a match in the English transcription.
