Version 6 Introduces New Capabilities to Manage Projects

This new version adds support for the increasingly popular MPEG-4 file format, providing high-quality video at lower bit rates. Additionally, Timecoder Pro 6 includes a new management console, dubbed the Administrator, providing users with increased flexibility in optimizing their workflow, including project tracking, customizable activity and billing reports, quick-access to technical resources, real-time monitoring of job progress and more.

inData reminded customers that this upgrade is available free of charge to Timecoder Pro 5 users and can be obtained by logging into their timecoding account through the "File" menu of the software or by selecting "Upgrade Now" on the splash screen that appears when Timecoder Pro 5 is launched.
inData is further notifying Timecoder Pro users that effective April 1, 2012, users must be upgraded to version 6 to continue purchasing RapidSync or AutoSync credits. Prior versions of Timecoder Pro will continue to operate as normal after that date; however, users will not be able to purchase additional credits for use with prior versions.
