September 3, 2009 (Gilbert, AZ) - The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), an independent volunteer network of technology users, has released its 2009 Technology Survey. Results show that TrialDirectorVALUES software from inData Corporation is by far the most used trial presentation software for the 7th straight year.
In response to the question "Please indicate what tools you are using for litigation support and/or trial preparation," respondents indicated their top five preferences as CT Summation software, CaseSoft CaseMap, CaseSoft TimeMap, TrialDirector, and Concordance out of a total of twenty-seven products. TrialDirector was the most used trial presentation software, beating its nearest competitor by 15% usage points.
Approximately 455 firms responded to the survey. Over 88,000 attorneys and nearly 190,000 total end users are represented by this data.
