How it works...

Consult, Design, Review, Refine, Deliver
  1. Consultation With Our Graphics Professional

One of our graphics professionals will contact you to discuss the subject matter of the litigation along with the message and story that you want conveyed to the jury. During this consultation, we will offer up various options and ideas that will assist you in visually communicating your ideas. We will also discuss the scope of the project; including the amount of graphics, the time-frames involved, and any other requirements for the project. With this knowledge, we will then provide you with a cost and time estimate for the project.

  2. Concept Design

Using the information gathered during the initial consultation, we will start the design process. The first deliverable will be a rough rendering that contains the primary elements of your message with a visual queue as to the look and feel of the final graphic. The purpose of this step is to solidify and confirm that each graphic communicates the right message for the correct audience.

  3. Review and Feedback

Once we have created the concept design, we will send a .pdf file for your review. In the review process, you will have the ability to give feedback and send change requests. This process can be done via email, phone, or in person at your office.

  4. Refining The Details

The demonstratives will be edited during this phase to implement any new ideas, change requests, and/or any modification. We will prepare the demonstratives for finalization and approval. In some instances, the "Review and Refine" processes may undergo a few rounds to insure that you are completely satisfied with the end product.

  5. Deliver Or Send To Print

Once you have approved the final design, we will prepare the artwork for final output. The files will be sent electronically and prepped for use in TrialDirector® or whatever other means of presentation you may desire, including all types of print.
