	Brent Sandstrom Chairman of the Board & Founder
	Brent Sandstrom founded inData Corporation in 1985 and remains a vital part of the inData team. Mr. Sandstrom’s unique ability to visualize the future of legal litigation has made it possible for inData to set the standard for many deposition, discovery, and litigation technologies. He continues to develop innovative software applications for the legal market and serves in an advisory role.

	Derek Miller Chief Executive Officer & President
	Derek Miller has been involved in the management and presentation of information for over 17 years. Mr. Miller currently serves as a technical committee member of IASTD (The International Association of Science and Technology for Development) and is a member of the ASTC (American Society of Trial Consultants). He has also served as a special consultant to the US Trustee in large bankruptcy cases. Mr. Miller has spoken at multiple American Bar Association functions, accredited seminars and luncheons, and has been quoted for numerous magazine articles. Notable Achievements: Consultant to Betz Laboratories in Anderson v. PG&E (“Erin Brokovich”) Consultant to the Federal Public Defender’s Office in U.S. v. Kaczynski Consultant to the DOJ, DOD, DON –General Dynamics v. U.S. (“A-12 Bomber”) Trainer/Consultant to the United Nations –International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (“ICTR”)

	Scott Palmer Chief Financial/Operations Officer
	Mr. Palmer brings 14 years of operational and financial expertise to inData and is responsible for day-to-day operations, administration, overall profitability and financial reporting. Prior to joining inData, Mr. Palmer served as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of Vcommerce, a leading provider of ecommerce order fulfillment solutions. Mr. Palmer also previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led audits and consulted on SEC matters, IPOs, M&A activities and internal controls with companies such as Lucent Technologies, United Auto Group, the Arizona Cardinals, and Aztar Corporation. Mr. Palmer is an Arizona licensed CPA.

	Aaron Brown Vice President of Sales
	Aaron Brown brings over 14 years experience leading legal service companies. Mr. Brown previously served as VP of Sales for LegaLink, a leading international court reporting, legal videography, and trial presentation services company. He has presented at seminars and conferences across the country on legal technology. Prior to joining inData, he was a member of the Professional Development group at Summation Legal Technologies.

	Samantha Miller Vice President of Marketing
	Ms. Miller brings her experience as an attorney and legal marketer to inData. Prior to joining inData, Ms. Miller served as Director of Marketing and Professional Development for Summation Legal Technologies, a leading litigation software company. She has published several articles on litigation technology in national publications such as the National Law Journal and the Journal of Court Reporting. Previously, she practiced law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a commercial litigator. Ms. Miller is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and has also passed the California Bar exam.
